N-able is pleased to announce the appointment of Shirantha Herath as its new Chief Executive Officer. Shirantha brings a wealth of industry expertise and leadership experience, having held pivotal roles across diverse sectors.
Shirantha has been a key member of N-able’s leadership, having served as a Director at N-able where he contributed significantly to shaping its strategic direction. He brings over 32 years of experience in leading a diverse set of private and state sector organizations.
As Director General at the Presidential Secretariat from 2022 to 2024, Shirantha played a pivotal role in coordinating the diverse initiatives towards the economic recovery – including coordination of the IMF program for the Chief of Staff.
His deep familiarity with N-able’s vision and operations, combined with his extensive experience, makes him uniquely positioned to lead the company through its next phase of growth.

Shirantha succeeds Asanka Bimal Rajasinghe, whose leadership played a key role in N-able’s journey over the past 17 years.
